Murray Dineen “Run run run, Da Doo run run” Toy Car Wheel Relief

“Run run run, Da Doo run run” is a riff (a repeated musical and textual phrase) heard in countless doo-wop songs, sung on doorsteps and recorded on 45 rpm singles, from the mid-60’s and after. Doo-wop was largely sung in the United States and are associated with the theme of love and, in particular, young persons finding love in automobiles.
